REGULATIONS
Room can be used only by the guests who are properly registered directly to the owner or trought reservation systems.
Room payment covers the period from the 2 p.m. of the day of arrival until 11 a.m. of the following day. In case that apartments are not vacated until 11 a.m., a guest must pay for another day.
Room is paid in advance.
The departure must be notified one day before.
Upon leaving the rooms, guests are requested to give the key to the owner of the room.
Inflammable materials are prohibited.
The guest is required to pay for the loss and damage made to the furniture or other equipment in the room.
The guest has the right to garage one car in the open free of charge without extra paying.
